Yes, the G09 stand supports wireless charging. However, to ensure a smoother and more efficient charging experience, we recommend removing the G09 stand before placing your phone on a wireless charger.

If you prefer to charge your phone with the G09 stand attached, please open the top cover of the G09 stand first, then place the bottom cover flat on the wireless charging pad to start charging. The effective charging distance is approximately 3.2mm, which is compatible with most mainstream wireless chargers on the market.

Please note the following special cases:

1. If the wireless charger surface is flat or its raised height is less than 3.2mm, the MagSafe connection may not engage properly, and charging might fail.
   
2. If the MagSafe sensing area radius of the wireless charger is larger than the circular ring radius of the G09 stand, the MagSafe connection may also fail to align correctly, preventing charging.

It needs to absorb light first — expose it to a bright light source (like sunlight or a flashlight) for a few minutes, then check the glow effect in complete darkness.
The longer it’s exposed to light, the brighter and longer-lasting the glow will be.

The G09 stand uses a world-first spatial 3-axis rotation design to deliver full-angle 360° adjustability, making it the most flexible MagSafe phone stand compared to conventional 1-axis or 2-axis stands. This 3-axis design allows smoother, wider, and more precise viewing angles for iPhone or MagSafe setup.

If the metal surface (e.g., fridge door) has better magnetic conductivity and a larger contact area,

And your phone/MagSafe case has lower magnetic conductivity or a smaller contact area,

Then the actual magnetic force between G09 ↔ metal surface can become stronger than G09 ↔ phone/MagSafe, so the stand is more likely to remain on the metal when you pull the phone away.

This is a normal result of different magnetic media (steel thickness, coating, MagSafe ring design, case material, etc.), and does not mean the G09 magnets are weak or defective.

G09 is designed to deliver a strong, reliable MagSafe connection—and the best results come from pairing it with a MagSafe case that has a sufficiently strong magnetic ring. Since MagSafe performance is a system (G09 + your case), the case’s built-in magnet strength plays a major role in overall hold.

In lab testing, the G09 base (the MagSafe contact side) achieved 29.41N of pull force on a steel surface (approximately 3 kg of resistance). In real-world use, your case’s MagSafe magnet strength is the key factor that determines how secure the full setup feels.

For optimal performance, we recommend using aulumu MagSafe cases. Across our lineup, even the lowest measured MagSafe pull force is 10N (about 1.02 kg) (measured with an Apple MagSafe Charger pull test), helping G09 perform at its best for a more confident day-to-day experience.

Using a third-party MagSafe case?

To ensure a consistently secure experience, choose a MagSafe case with a magnetic pull force of 10N (1.02 kg) or higher. This helps deliver the strongest and most dependable hold with G09.

The G09 works with iPhone and with other smartphones such as Samsung, Pixel, and Xiaomi when used with a MagSafe-compatible case or the included adhesive magnetic ring.

If you are not using the included adhesive metal ring, a MagSafe-compatible phone case is required for magnetic attachment.

The included adhesive magnetic ring helps expand compatibility across more phones and cases. Magnetic strength may vary depending on the device, case material, and magnet design.
