The aulumu Member Club is our loyalty program for registered customers. Members can earn points through eligible purchases and selected member actions, then redeem them for rewards, exclusive perks, and tier benefits.
Simply create an aulumu account or log in to your existing account. Once your account is registered, you can start earning member rewards on eligible actions and purchases.
Yes. Joining the aulumu Member Club is completely free.
All registered members are eligible to participate in the rewards program. However, customers involved in resale, bulk purchasing, or other non-personal-use activities are not eligible to use points for redemption or reward purchases. If such activity is identified, aulumu reserves the right to remove the accumulated points.
Redeemed rewards themselves are not eligible for free shipping. However, if you place additional purchased items in the same order, free shipping can apply to the entire order.
Points are valid for 760 days. If no new points are earned during this period, the points balance may reset to zero after expiration.
Your membership tier remains valid for 760 days. The tier is adjusted dynamically based on your spending activity during the qualifying period. If there is no spending record within the validity period, your tier may revert to Level 1.
No. Points cannot be merged across different accounts. Each account maintains its own points balance separately.
In general, once a redemption request is submitted, it cannot be canceled and the points cannot be refunded. Exceptions may be considered in the case of out-of-stock items or other special circumstances.
Redeemed rewards are generally not eligible for return or exchange. However, we value your feedback. Please contact aulumu customer support if you have any suggestions. If your idea is adopted, you may receive a special gift as our thanks.
Points are only awarded for eligible orders placed on or after March 25, 2026, the official launch date of the Rewards Program. Orders placed before then won’t be counted retroactively.
No. Points, rewards, and member benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
