What are the differences between Mag Pad and Mag Ring？

Mag Ring is for your phone and Mad Pad is for your surface on the wall, mirror, tablet, or car. It can add a mag point to the non-magnetic surface.

Does AC01 include a magnet？

It does.

Which magnetic stands and phone cases are compatible?

iPhone User: iPhone 12 and later models can be attached directly.
With Case: Must be used with a MagSafe-compatible phone case. If used with a standard case with no mag-ring, the magnet may be too low to hold the phone.
Android User: A magnetic ring must be attached or use a MagSafe case. The magnetic force depends on the adhesive strength of the phone case.

Will AC01 affect signals, GPS, or compass functionality?

No signal issues were noted during navigation, calls, or 5G use. The electronic compass may briefly deviate near strong magnets, but quickly returns to normal without affecting navigation accuracy.

Will it fall off when pasted to a mirror/monitor/desktop?

Best Surfaces: mirrors, glasses, tile, metal, lacquered tabletops, PC case side panels. These surfaces are smooth and dense, forming a molecular-level bond with the adhesive backing to achieve the highest load-bearing capacity.

Can I paste the AC01 in the car without falling?

Can be applied to smooth, flat, hard surfaces. But it is not recommended for curved surfaces, soft upholstery, or textured surfaces.

Not recommended. A rough surface will significantly reduce the effective contact points of the adhesive backing, leading to decreased adhesion.

Can tablets and power banks attach to AC01?

Not recommended. This product is specifically designed for mobile phones. Overweight devices may cause falling.

Can I peel it off and reapply it if it's crooked?

The removable adhesive process allows for clean peeling without residue. If contaminated with dust, wash it with water to restore adhesion.

How can I reuse it correctly? What should I do if stickiness decreases?

Remove, rinse, and air-dry to reactivate the adhesive. If it loses stickiness from dust, rinse with room-temperature water. Once dry, adhesion will return to its original state.
