Aulumu is committed to delivering our products to customers worldwide. All orders, including sale and closeout items, qualify for free shipping, except for out-of-delivery-area (ODA) locations. We work with reliable international and domestic couriers to help ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours on business days (pre-sale items excluded), unless delayed by force majeure. Orders may be shipped from our Shenzhen distribution center or local warehouses, depending on destination and stock availability.
Shipping time varies by country and region. In general, delivery takes approximately 5-15 business days. Please note that battery products, such as the Aulumu M10 power bank, may require additional transit time due to battery shipping regulations.

FAQ
Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A: We do our best to ensure all items in your order arrive together. However, depending on the product type, warehouse location, or shipping method, some items may be shipped separately. Once each shipment is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Q: Can I change the delivery address or cancel my order after it has been shipped out?
A: Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are usually unable to change the delivery address or cancel it. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at service@aulumu.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Q: What should I do if I receive a different product from what I ordered?
