Will the magnetic force be strong enough?
The G09 Ghost uses N52 Neodymium Magnets to ensure strong magnetic force. It won’t come off when used with a MagSafe case, AULUMU case, or iPhone 12 and above without a case, even with vigorous shaking. The attachment will be extremely strong on ferrous surfaces such as refrigerators.
Does transparent PC material become yellow over time?
The G09 Ghost is made from optical-grade PC material with a UV-resistant coating that helps reduce oxidation and yellowing. Some oxidation may still occur due to UV exposure or contact with sweat. Regularly wiping it with a damp cloth is recommended.
Can I use G09 Ghost if I don’t have an iPhone?
Yes. The G09 Ghost comes with a metal ring. Simply place the metal ring in the center of the back of your phone case to enjoy the magnetic experience.
Will the G09 or metal ring affect wireless charging?
When using wireless charging, please remove the stand first. It’s easy to detach. If your phone has a metal ring attached, it won’t interfere with charging as long as it is not placed directly over the charging coil.
Can the tension of the pivot be adjusted?
The product is factory-calibrated for optimal damping and typically doesn’t need adjustment. If it feels loose after extended use, avoid disassembly, as the internal structure is precise. For any issues, please contact customer service.
What should I do if the glow-in-the-dark silicone is hard to see?
The silicone components contain fluorescent agents that absorb light in well-lit areas and glow in complete darkness. The longer they are exposed to light, the stronger the glow.
