Participation in aulumu’s Summer Sale constitutes acceptance of the following terms:

General Terms

1. All products included in the Summer Sale are available while supplies last. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Promotional prices, discounts, gifts, and member points are subject to the final information displayed at checkout.
3. Orders identified as abnormal, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent may be canceled without prior notice.
4. aulumu reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion and its terms at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Due to increased order volume during the promotional period, shipping and delivery may experience delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Free Gift Offer

1. Customers will receive one free gift with an order of $99 or more during the Summer Sale.
2. The $99 threshold is calculated based on the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts are applied, and before shipping fees and taxes.
3. This offer is limited to one free gift per order.
4. The free gift is available while supplies last. Once inventory is exhausted, the offer will end without prior notice.
5. If an order is canceled or refunded, and the final eligible order amount falls below $99, the free gift offer will no longer apply. In such cases, aulumu reserves the right to request the gift be returned or deduct its value from the refund, where permitted by law.

Double Points for Members

1. The double points offer is available only to registered aulumu members.
2. Customers must be logged into their member account at the time of purchase to qualify. Points may not be applied retroactively to orders placed while not logged in.
3. Double points apply only to the actual amount paid for eligible merchandise, excluding shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, and free gifts.
4. Bonus points will be calculated based on the final net purchase amount after discounts, cancellations, and refunds.
5. Points will be credited to the member account after the order is processed or fulfilled, subject to the aulumu membership program rules.
6. If an order or item is canceled, returned, or refunded, the corresponding points, including bonus points, may be deducted accordingly.
7. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and remain subject to the general terms of the aulumu membership program.
