Yes. The case features a built-in magnetic ring that is fully compatible with MagSafe wireless charging and standard magnetic accessories, including aulumu’s ecosystem of stands, power banks, and wallets. Note that magnetic alignment strength may vary slightly depending on your phone model and the accessory used. For the most stable experience, we recommend pairing it with magnetic-standard accessories.

Can the camera guard protect the lens properly?

Absolutely. The camera zone is armored with a premium aluminum bezel that is intentionally raised higher than the lenses. When placed flat on a table, this design prevents direct surface contact, drastically reducing the risk of everyday scuffs and scratches.

How does the A18 Hyper Frosted Case protect against drops and impacts?

The case utilizes a specialized perimeter buffering system combined with raised lips to disperse impact forces. It is engineered to absorb shock from common everyday drops and accidental bumps.

Why does the A18 Hyper Frosted Case sometimes not glow?

The glow strip utilizes a photoluminescent material that requires absorbing ambient light to charge. If your phone has been tucked away in a dark environment, such as a bag or pocket, for a long time, the glow effect will temporarily dim or fade. If this happens, simply expose the case to direct sunlight or bright ambient light for 5–10 minutes to rapidly recharge its luminous energy.

How long does the glow effect last?

After charging via ambient light, the strip delivers a soft visual radiance in dark settings. The actual brightness and duration of the glow depend heavily on the ambient light intensity, charging duration, and the surrounding darkness of your viewing environment.

Will the case yellow or get dirty over time?

We use high-grade, durable TPU, but prolonged exposure to sweat, skin oils, cosmetics, or staining agents can cause subtle discoloration. We recommend wiping the case periodically with clean water or a mild, neutral soap. Additionally, try to avoid prolonged friction against heavy dyes, such as raw dark denim.

Will removing and attaching the A18 Hyper Frosted Case scratch the phone?

Generally, no. The material of the case is flexible and should not scratch the phone when attached and removed properly. We also recommend cleaning away any dust or debris from both the phone and the inside of the case before installation.

How do I properly remove the A18 Hyper Frosted Case?

To avoid damaging your phone or the case, we recommend starting to remove the case from the upper-right corner. Use your thumb to press down near the camera plateau and gently push the top-left corner outward and forward to detach the case from the phone. After loosening the top-left corner, push out each of the remaining corners along the edges, one by one.
